1.Take the train to TRA Keelung Station,

transfer Keelung City Bus (No. 101) to Heping Island Park stop

and walk along Ping 1st Rd. to Heping Island Park.

2.Take HSR Keelung Train Station,

transfer to Keelung Shuttle Bus East Line (T99) , get off at Heping Island Park.
